Vitacress (the Uk's biggest producer and supplier of fresh herbs) invited me for a herby day out at Jekka's Herb Farm for a chance to snoop around this infamous location and pick the brains of Herb queen herself, Jekka McVicar. What Jekka doesn't know about herbs isn't worth knowing.
It feels like everyone is done with summer now, I'm seeing photos of pumpkins and beginnings of Autumn already. I've got wonderful summer memories visiting Somerset Lavender Farm and I'm not ready to move on yet.
Wild garlic came a little closer to home this week, in the park right behind my flat! It was a sighting I was very pleased to see having been on quite the excursion to forage for it the first time around, and it was then that I realised I'm not nearly done with it yet.
