Avocado Chocolate Pudding with Magisso

Before you recoil at the suggestion of avocado in a pudding, just remember the old famous saying to never judge a book by its cover. The great avocado is what transforms this unusual combination into a creamy pud. You can make them ahead for family and friends over the festive season, so simple to whip up but can really look the part with a few finishing touches. Magisso lent a hand to my stylish version and they work so perfectly well in these particular shot glasses as the cooling ceramic technology works to keep the dessert unspoilt even once removed from the fridge.
